Ravenhurst is a late Victorian Guest House, with almost 25years trading experience. We are perfectly located, only 5 minutes walk from Solihull Town Centre, with easy connections to all of the surrounding areas. Our aim is to offer First Class Accommodation in elegant surroundings, with friendly and professional service. We offer a wide selection of rooms which are all furnished to a high standard. We include in our rates a choice of breakfast from Continental to a Full English. Spoken languages :  Opening period : 01/01 - 24/12

Dates of stay : 30/7/2012 to 31/7/2012
Over the last 3 months we stayed 8 days altogether. Last time we had a misunderstanding regarding the accommodation of a baby, we previously declare when the reservation was made. Nothing serious. When we suggested the owner to give beforehand information regarding their policy to not provide sleeping facilities for babies (other than joining to beds to put the baby to sleep with their parents), he first dismissed our opinion and when said that we would post a comment on internet with our point of view he had a histrionic tantrum and losing his temper said we are not welcome any more at his place (as if we were there kindly invited by him cost-free). Wi-Fi, that did not work the first time we went, has a dismal signal at the upper floor.
